Paul Linnow holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning from HafenCity University Hamburg. Alongside his academic background, he developed a strong interest and expertise in tech solutions through his work at the CityScienceLab and a guest auditor course in Digital Technologies at TU Clausthal. Since 2022, Paul has contributed his expertise at the intersection of urban planning and technology to projects such as COSI, Google Air View, and CUT as a student assistant. Currently, he is engaged as a research associate in the Care4Hamburg project, which aims to develop an energy twin for the city of Hamburg. As a freelancer, he developed the ImaginaryPlacesAI tool. Paul is passionate about bridging urban planning, policy, and tech with a critical, use-case-driven perspective. He is deeply interested in data, decision-making, and open-source solutions, exploring how technology can serve rather than dictate public value in cities.
