Mahsa Nikoufar

Dr. Mahsa Nikoufar is a researcher in urban innovation management and digital transformation. With a background at the intersection of urban planning, city and technology, and governance. Her work focuses on digital twins, smart city governance, and data-driven approaches. She brings international experience in research and strategic work on digital urban innovation projects. She did her PhD focused on governance and innovation management of development and adoption of urban digital twins from a socio-technical transition perspective in Edinburgh Napier University's Business School. After joining City Science Lab, she works on the topic of urban model platforms.
