Konstantin Seitz

Research Associate

Konstantin Seitz brings a strong technical background to the Lab, holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Media Informatics from the University of Regensburg. Prior to joining the CSL, he gained several years of professional experience working as a software engineer in the urban mobility sector. At the City Science Lab, he focuses on promoting transparent and participatory urban development and construction site communication by exploring new software solutions for integrating, visualising and analysing urban data. His broader research interests lie at the intersection of technological mobility solutions and their tangible impact on cities and their inhabitants. Academically, he focuses on technical architectures for automated urban data monitoring, utilising dynamic feedback loops to ensure resilient and valid digital city models for decision-making purposes.
